My name is Rich and I own aandeMacWrks (pronounced A&E Mac Works).

I also take the calls and respond to your messages, so you can always be sure you'll get a knowledgeable, prompt and honest answer to your questions.

What I do is not 'normal'.

I have an unbridled passion for performance in all things, but reliability sits right alongside with equal priority. These principles apply to everything I do with Macs. Nothing is irreversible and everything passes stringent Apple hardware tests.

Unleashing power is a bit of a dark art.

The real skill in making Macs better than the factory, is by taking care of the small things. Our standards are consistently high, so you can be certain everything we do with your Mac is done thoroughly, properly and for very valid reasons.

The machines we've delivered back to our clients have never failed to surprise.

So how did I get to do this?

My Apple experience extends from a 25+ year career in advertising and design as a 'creative'. When we moved from Magic Markers to Macs, Steve Jobs was something of a renegade in a PC world. To repair or upgrade Macs back then meant lots of research, trial, error and 'doing it yourself'. But we were happy following Apple's 'think different' approach because if we're honest, we were renegades too.
That 'think different' attitude, thankfully, is still at the forefront of the work I do today.
